The Art Clinic is a STE[A]M initiative focused on communicating and expressing the experience of illness through art by creating participatory and collaborative art projects and concentrated campaigns that bring awareness to and raise funds for the world's most pressing health issues.
The essence of The Art Clinic lives at the intersection of the arts and science: discovery, observation, and understanding. As it becomes more critical to think about how we communicate and engage with our own well-being and identity, The Art Clinic seeks to bridge the gap between medicine and the arts, and inspire creative approaches to discourse on disease and the experience of illness through the arts.
Through our interdisciplinary workshops and curriculum, we challenge people to explore their own creative and intellectual abilities and promote an understanding of health.
We create participatory and collaborative art projects and concentrated campaigns that bring awareness to and raise funds for the world's most pressing health issues.
Health Awareness
Health Literacy
Our mission is to bring deeply integrated
arts and medicine initiatives to communities
for educational workshops and awareness
campaigns. We envision a world where health is
treated as an equally biological and humanistic experience,
and where people use art and science as a means of collaboration instead of separation.
